ART DIRECTORS
Hi, I am Tenisha Crook also known as a (very) junior Art director, with a background in digital design. When I’m not playing around on photoshop or messing around with illustrator, you can find me eating a truckload of sushi or taking photos of arty shit on the weekends.
Heyo, I’m a Creative / Art Director / Photographer. As a youngin, I spent my time making art and crafts with my Nana. So, I’m well versed in the art of removing super glue where super glue has no business being. Glue-related-traumas aside, those arty afternoons instilled in me my love for creating. Nowadays, my creativity lends itself to thinking up and designing ads, as well as photographing people and places. And it makes me pretty darn happy.
Jake is an ideas man above all else. What he lacks in decades of learning-filled life experience, he makes up for with bold creativity and a knack for leadership. Jake hopes to utilise his skills in design to create exciting visuals for emotive ad campaigns on the forefront of culture and society. He thinks words are ‘da bomb’ and ideas that incite change are ‘even more bomb’.
Basically, he likes to make things that make people want to do stuff.
With three years of industry experience and a lifetime of crafting creative campaigns in my head, thinking creatively has always come naturally and has inspired me to become the passionate Junior Art Director that I am today.
My most notable projects are completing briefs for Teen Vogue and Lego and further presenting to clients such as 7-Eleven and the Red Cross Australia. Over the course of my studies and working as a Media Co-Ordinator, I have acquired skills such as creative/strategic thinking and graphic design. I have also learnt the importance of building emotional bonds between brands and consumers.
My drive is creating ideas that resonates with people – by not only creating meaningful campaigns but by making it human.
I can make a kickass loaf of sourdough and play the cello adequately. Equipped with these two essential skills, I’m ready to take on a career in advertising as an art director. Open-minded and curious, I can put myself in anyone’s shoes and become an expert in anything the project requires. My recent search history reads “HTML for beginners” and “how does Ibuprofen know my knee hurts”. I’ve eaten scorpion, alpaca and guinea pig. Try me, there’s nothing I won’t.
I am a maker. Whether I’m making things with my hands in the workshop or using digital tools on my computer, I can bring ideas to life. I love making things to solve problems. I take a can-do approach to anything I’m tasked with solving and strive to create the best possible solution from the available resources. I see a future me making creative solutions for you.
Kris Dervenis would like to become an art director, he is interested in being involved with the overall visual aspects of a campaign. Kris looks forward to coordinating and working with other colleagues to solve a problem.
Kris understands that he is a junior and there is a lot to learn, however, he is determined to improve his skills and knowledge within the advertising industry. He believes having a strong work ethic and a personable nature is crucial to becoming an art director, needless to say any position.
Outside of advertising, Kris enjoys socialising, playing tennis and going to the beach. He values friendships, is a cat/dog lover and is a big family man.
I’m Ruby, a hybrid-creative whose brain is wired to blend logical insights with creativity to produce thought provoking work. I live for the hustle of a deadline and thrive under pressure. My best creative problem solving hangs in the balance between logic and creativity which is why I stand as a Creative Strategist; I’m a maker at heart but I always back up what I produce.
A passionate Creative with a love for all things Design. Thrives working in a team to meet new people, share different ideas and knowledge to develop as both a professional and individual. Has good communication skills and excels under pressure but will still always find a way to bring a big smile and some fun to any environment. As an aspiring Art Director, the main dream is to put a big smile on someone else’s face too.
When I grow up I want to be an Art Director. I talk too fast, too much and too loudly. I need to be surrounded by people, I get my energy from them, I get them. I am always coming up with new ideas to better myself and my workplace. These ideas saw me promoted from Personal Assistant to Social Media Manager. When I grow up I want to be an Art Director.

I am a Sydney/Melbourne based Art Director and running enthusiast. In short, I thrive when surrounded by people and chaos. It is when I am most happy, inspired and productive. I am a very creative person and love the challenge of juggling many things at once. My enthusiasm and high energy is infectious and helps bring people together. Not a big deal but I can also muster a 2,000 acre paddock on my own.
Noah is a 21 year old art director and all-round creative. Noah loves to learn new things, especially about the world around him. He has a passion for a wide variety of different interests such as architecture, NFL, mid-century modern design, and Lego which doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface. Noah is one of those people that wants to ‘know a little about a lot’ which, in an industry like this, is only a bonus.
I’m a creative who wants to produce crazy ideas into tangible things.
I use my hobbies of art to influence my work making it more illustrative and full of passion. I have experience in both retail and social media and have always focussed on the person behind the counter and screen.
Brutal honesty and communication is something I thrive on in a collaborative setting. People are my strong suit.
I’m Daryl, an aspiring art director that craves ingenuity. Having worked with clients like Heineken and novelty food businesses has kept me filled, but I’m constantly hungry to create work that keeps people wanting more.
As someone who is highly innovative with a pair of keen eyes for details, I sometimes like to indulge in a little doodling and designing just to relax. If not, you can catch me down at my favourite local cafe, enjoying a classic big brekkie.
Intertwined with the brilliance of culture and originality under my belt. A nobody to some and an utter body of creative idiocy to others. I manage to work in a space of having rather than one of deficit.
I’m not the loudest voice in the room but I am always listening with intent and ready to pounce whenever a wacky idea comes to life in my head. There is always a trail of mischievousness – adding a little madness to my method.
Forever motivated by the desire to achieve, rather than beat others.
Let’s disrupt the world of Art Direction…
As a creative I have an over-active imagination that inspires me to create thought-provoking content that reaches deep into the pit of people emotions.
I aspire to create work that reaches people through outstanding design and ideas.
Not only do I thrive under pressure and in intense situations but as a creative I strive to push myself past the simplicity of only looking at design. I love creating research born ideas, as well as looking at where the design can stem from.
Through all of this I love having a bit of a laugh whilst creating art and am always looking for my next big idea.
Although I specialise in design (AKA the art of making things look expensive), my primary purpose in life is to help others solve their problems. Especially for business owners who need solutions to business problems. Therefore, I strive to do whatever it takes to give owners their solutions.
I’ve always been passionate about creating, and finding meaning and connections in creative projects. What started out as drawing, turned into a want to become an artist, then a ceramicist and finally, somehow landed me here, aspiring to be an art director.
Something I’ve never been though, is the loudest in the room. A perk of being the younger sister to an overly theatrical extrovert. This taught me many valuable things, such as the importance of listening and observing, to gain different perspectives. While also instilling a strong work ethic, as I find it easier to show than say.

I have been working artistically through Music, Fine Art and Design mediums since a very early age and what comes fittingly with my passion for creativity is a love for people and interaction. Everyday is a new opportunity to collaborate and share our passions with the people we meet. I won’t solve your maths problems or talk politics, but what I can do is form very good ideas. Light bulb moments, think a mad mind that never sleeps.

Hi! I’m Delaney and I’m an aspiring social media content creator and product photographer (that’s basically just a fancy way of saying I like making things look pretty!). I have a passion for all things creative. Product photography allows me to explore this passion. I love the hands-on nature of styling a product and the endless opportunities for expressiveness that it provides. It’s a career I want to jump out of bed for everyday, and that is all we want for our lives right?
I’m an Art Director who’s currently studying at RMIT. I’m well versed in Adobe programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator but I’m always looking to improve. Being creative is a large part of my life, Art Directing allows me to use my imagination in a structured format which appeals to me greatly. Outside of Art directing I love strength sports, lifting weights is a big passion of mine as it gives me a great deal of satisfaction when to hit new levels of strength. Progression in Advertising is much harder than weightlifting as it is far more subjective making it harder to master. I strive to continue to progress in my art directing skills, become a master of Photoshop and Illustrator and continue to hit new PB’s in the gym.
