ANNIKA DUNCAN

Copywriter, browser of bookstores and binger of podcasts. Renowned amongst my peers for carefully crafting their tinder bios. My favourite words are ones that make people’s jaws drop.

JAMES WILLIAMS

The Hannah Montana of advertising, you get the best of both worlds with James. He is a copywriter who has an after-hours love affair with art direction. James thinks it’s important to play around with both sides of creativity, because killer copy can come from an artistic brainstorm. It’s like the duality of man, or something like that.

DEANNA-RAE CICONTE

If you’re reading this then hooray! You’ve discovered a story-teller!

I’m a lover of linguistics, so copywriting is my strongest tool when it comes to crafting stories. I employ words at every opportunity, thinking with innovation, organisation and passion – what good is a word if you don’t believe in its power?

I hope to work with a team of creatives driven by strategic insight, telling and creating the stories of brands for the world.

LAUREN AYTEKIN

After finishing school, I was introduced to the idea of becoming a copyrighter. I couldn’t think of anything worse than printing a tiny ‘c’ onto the back of products to prevent someone from copying work.I soon realised that I had misspelled copywriter and was looking at the wrong job description the whole time. Here I am now, a third-year advertising student with a thirst for creativity, a bronze pixel award, and an eagerness to dive headfirst into the industry….I still don’t like those tiny c’s

THOMAS LANDER

Tom is a Creative Copywriter who thinks writing about himself in the third person is self-indulgent.

In 2019 he was one of the Worlds Greatest Interns (of 6, globally). He has written for brands like All Blacks, Coke and Deakin University, and was recently published in the Gabberish.

Also he’s pretty nice.

LUKE DAVIS

In advertising, situations arise where time crunches can put a burden on the team’s creative mind; this is where my skills shine the brightest. The calm in the storm, my composed demeanour and relaxed energy helps me see straight through the craziness. Steering people in the right direction, assisting the team in successfully reach their goals.

CONNOR HEALEY

I’m just a copywriter who thinks cracking one liners makes for good copy. With my oversized clown boots (that I bought for just the occasion), I’m here to get my foot in the door of the big wide world that is advertising. Check out my site for more bad jokes or, if you like Pina Coladas and hate getting caught in the rain I might see you at Pitch Night!

ALICE EVANS-PYKE

Alice is a copywriter obsessed with big ideas. She loves doing mental gymnastics to create the perfect line. She is great at analysing different viewpoints to create work that connects with the consumer. She has a special passion for rural Victoria and small business. And would love to help out her local tourism industry in a post Covid world.

RORY MOORE

I’m Rory, an ambitious copywriter with a passion for finding the human insights within briefs. Clichés are not my game, you won’t catch me dropping buzzwords or telling people to buy something ‘because you deserve it.’

Instead, I love having fun with briefs by deeply understanding the audience I’m talking to, then creatively developing ways to engage with them in a manner that is memorable. After all, that’s the aim right?

If you’re looking for someone who can write creative, clever & incisive copy then I’m really looking forward to having a chat!

CHARLIE BROOKS

Hi! I’m Charlie, an industry recognised copywriter with a lifelong passion for wordplay.

I’m an eager and versatile creative who loves experimenting with new mediums and platforms; along with being a copywriter, I’m also an illustrator, a painter, a sculptor, an empty notebook collector, a seamstress, and someone who can play Wonderwall on the guitar.

…I mean, I can’t play it very well, but I can play it.

MOHAMMAD AL-RUBAIE

Imagine the funniest person you know just became a copywriter…

Well I’m like, probably just as good. I don’t know, I didn’t think this analogy all the way through.

My aspirations as a copywriter is to be as wacky and unconventional as possible with my work!

JOSH WILLIAMSON

I’m summed up with 4 C’s: I am a cheeky, chatty and creative copywriter. Based out of Melbourne, I have a love for mixing words with creativity and using them to enhance businesses positioning or create campaigns that wont be forgotten. There is still a lot I don’t know about copywriting, but I’m eager and excited to learn more about the creative industry and continue to develop my copywriting skills.

CALLUM CARTER

Jack of all trades, but master at one; language. Like my personality, my skills are adaptable to suit any challenge thrown my way. With inspiration from iconic adverts such as the Sam Kekovitch Lamb campaigns, Bigpond’s “keep the rabbits out” and Paul’s “Smarter White” milk; I create humorous, inventive and colloquial campaigns; in either English or 日本語 (Japanese). I aspire to work with smaller sized businesses to create their voice in the ad game; or to work with bigger companies abroad as a translator/interpreter or PR representative. Whatever the challenge or environment, I aspire for perfection of my craft.
