SAM BESSELL

I’m an industry tested analyst and researcher with a passion for finding simple solutions to complex problems. I believe advertising can improve individual lives by engaging consumers with the brands they need. Exiting lockdown, I feel this is critical. Advertising can help reconnect the world by restoring normality, reviving our passions and establishing new experiences while preparing us for what’s ahead.

Building on one and a half years’ experience as a Junior Data Analyst and Researcher at Big Red, I am keen to gain further broad communications experience. My ultimate goal is to be a Strategist.

GIORGIA ADKINS

After much deliberation, I will label myself as a ‘Creative Thinker’. I believe my characteristics as a person definitely co-align with the way I think, I am adventurous, curious and empathetic with an admiration for wit. I am an extremely adaptable person, whether it is adapting to a new culture while travelling or a new job, I believe I am capable of moulding myself into whatever opportunity is presented to me. As I am immensely eager to learn, I can’t wait to be taught from the best and let my creative thinking thrive and blossom into creative doing.

CAITLIN ADAMS

Hey, I’m Caitlin. I’m a Gen Z that’s fluent in social media, infatuated with all forms of communications, and a little too interested in eCommerce. I’ve been busy padding out my resume with agency internships, creating this innovative event with my fellow Pitch night team, and managing large-scale marketing and social accounts for FMCG national brands. I could label myself with a few different titles, but at the heart of it, I’m a kick-ass strategist and digital marketer ready to dive and thrive in the advertising and marketing industry.

SUNNY GOLDING

I’m a forthcoming bubbly creative strategist with a passion for human behaviour and psychology. I have a natural inkling for understanding peoples values and desires because I spend my time doing self-actualization to be more conscious of myself in all areas to create a passionate life. MADISON SMITH

Living a life immersed in culture and diversity, growing up in Asia has shaped the way I view the world, opening my eyes to the way we communicate globally. With exposure, admiration, and appreciation for other cultures and lifestyles I am able to bring rich and meaningful ideas and solutions to the world of advertising. I am a strategist, able to flick between logic and creativity in order to provide resolutions to goals and challenges.

MAXI DUNCAN-JONES

I balance between creative and suit often feeling as if I have one on each shoulder. I am driven by my curiosity with the complexity of the human mind. My passion for politics, social change and the environment underpins everything I do. It is my belief that through the combination of psychology and creativity advertising can make positive social change.

KATHLEEN HALLAHAN

Finishing my degree has been a journey as I have always been more interested in working hands-on; whether it be volunteering at MADC events, working internships or running my own business. I have completed creative internships at both Clemengers BBDO in Melbourne, as well as Millmaine Entertainment Marketing in Sydney. This has given me great creative experience however I have now evolved into working on my true passion; the strategy side of advertising. I have now been freelancing in strategic advertising for a few years which I am absolutely loving. I can’t wait to join an agency where I aspire to improve my strategic skills commercially and expand the range of brands that I work with.
