Pitch Night will now be played online.
While the aim of the game is the same, the rules are not.
Find out how to play below.
RULE NO. 1
The game board is Hopin, a virtual event platform. Every piece of the RMIT Advertising Class of 2020 will be there, ready to be picked.
RULE NO. 2
As every board has its ranks, files, and black and white tiles, Hopin has several event rooms that form it: Reception, Stage, Sessions, Network and Expo.
RULE NO. 3
Make your moves in the Network room with one-on-one mingling, and in the Sessions room through graduate interviews.
RULE NO. 4
Interviews will run for 10 minutes with 2 minute breaks between each interview. The interview schedule will be released closer to the date.
RULE NO. 5
Interview rooms can host as many interviewers as tickets purchased.
RULE NO. 6
Interview rooms will host one graduate per interview, except for creative duos.
RULE NO. 7
Interview, network and pick your piece to win.
RULE NO. 8
When checkmate is called, the game is over, but the night is not. The Sessions room will reopen for all players to play on.
READY TO PLAY?
Unlike previous Pitch Nights, the game has changed. Strategy and tactics are important for developing your position.
The more tickets you purchase, the more interview rooms at your disposal and the more moves you can make.
